題名 地方公共教育品質與家庭背景對高等教育之影響

摘要 以政大財政系的學生綜合資料表為主,分析縣市差異和家庭背景對高等教育的影響。在縣市差異中,各縣市國民教育經費支出、每生教育經費支出會帶來顯著的影響力,表示縣市間不同步的發展情形,將造成發展落後縣市的高中畢業生在求學上的劣勢。
     至於家庭背景因素部分,為避免因高中區域選擇的問題,產生分析上的偏誤,因此僅以台北縣市的高中為主。將佔政大財政系學生比例低於2%的學校劃歸於其他高中,並將高中分成女校、男校合校三類。實證結果中並無證據顯示家庭背景因素對高中學校選擇有任何的影響力,反而是入學年齡和居住地對女校及男女合校才具有影響力。
