| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 研究題目：中國古代診法源流的研究 本研究計畫以中國古代的診法源流為考察對象，目的在根據學界既有的研究成果，進一 步探討哪些具體因素曾經左右中國古代診法的形成與轉變。過去幾年，我的研究主要以晚周 秦漢有關疾病證候、成因與治法的論述為對象，探討經驗、權力、性別、經典、文化等因素 和這類論述形成與轉變的關係。在閱讀有關疾病論述的過程中，兩個相關問題不斷引起我的 注意：一、古代診法相當多元，但為什麼醫方文獻的討論重點多在望色、切脈二法？二、古 人究竟如何發現與判斷疾病證候，他們的認識基礎何在？因此，本研究計畫著重探討的課題 面向有以下幾個：一、古代服飾、社會禮俗與醫方文本呈現之診法的形成與轉變的關係；二、 古代醫、病關係在診法形成與轉變上扮演的角色；三、古代醫學論述的整體特色與診法論述 間的可能關係；四、古代身體觀、病因說，及診斷技術在認識論上的關係；五、古代診法的 學習、醫學文本論述型態與病因論述趨勢的關係。 | |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Title：The Study of Diagnostic Methods in Ancient China This project is aimed to study the formation and change of diagnostic methods in ancient China. There are two phenomenon that interest me most: 1. While there were diverse methods to diagnose illnesses in medical literatures of ancient China, why vision and pulsation were treated as the most influential ones? 2. How did ancient Chinese “discover” symptoms or syndromes of different illnesses? What factors determined the way they “discovered” those symptoms or syndromes? Therefore I try to study following aspects of the diagnosis in ancient China: 1. What were the relationships among the costumes, customs and the ways of diagnosis in ancient China? 2. What was the role of physicians and patients relationships played in the formation and change of diagnosis of ancient China? 3. What could be the relationship between the fundamental trend of medical discourses and diagnostic discourses in ancient China? 4. How did the ideas of body and pathology affect the way of diagnosis? 5. What possible relationship between the format of medical texts and the pathological discourses in ancient China? | |
