摘要 我國目前針對資料挖掘之研究,尚處於萌芽時期,相關之研究、期刊與商業文章等,散見於學術論文及報章間,但針對資料挖掘於管理面及企業實際導入層面的研究目前相當匱乏。因此本研究嘗試從管理層面來探討企業如何導入資料挖掘,並藉由深度訪談個案公司的方式,描述我國目前的應用情況。
