摘要 日本總合商社近來開始從事「技術仲介」，利用其龐大的業務網絡及對國際間產業發展之洞察力，介入為其客戶尋求適當的技術移轉，拉攏雙方合作成立新合資公司，並參與部分股權，取得銷售設備原料之權利和未來經營成功之資本利得。現有技術移轉之文獻，甚少探討第三者如技術仲介者或日本總合商社介入技術移轉所產生的影響，故本文擬針對日本總合商社之介入技術移轉加以研究。
