| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 資訊科技的進展促成企業電子化的風潮，對於企業的商業模式造成很大的影響，而近來無線通訊科技的蓬勃發展，使企業能提供移動性的出外人員能二十四小時不分時地的透過無線通訊連結企業內部電子化的流程，並將企業電子化的功能延伸到與企業相關的每個成員，來增進企業整體運作的效率與效能，並強化企業電子化的效益，以提供客戶更好的服務。 | zh_TW |
