摘要 近年來，國內金融問題層出不窮，陸續發生多起的金融弊案，皆有引發金融危機之可能。因此如何強化金融監理效能，建立金融市場之安定與秩序，實為金融革新的重要議題。
In the last decade, Taiwan has experienced several financial institutions scandals and a local financial crisis has almost emerged. Under such a circumstance, it is essential for the Government to undertake regulatory reform in order to enhance the regulatory efficiency and reinstate the social confidence toward the financial markets.
