| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The development of digital convergence has provided foundation and impact on e-governance. The study, based on the trends of digital convergence, explores how public agencies may manage e-governance programs in terms of cross-agency, cross-boundary resource and process from the perspectives of multiple stakeholders. In particular, e-governance programs should appropriately respond to digital convergence including adapting regulation, policies, and specific programs such as information transparency, privacy protection, digital opportunity, online service delivery and public participation. | - |
