摘要 本研究試圖從財務、策略及組織三個角度，並利用創意投資（以下簡稱創投）當作仲介，探討高科技產業與資本市場的關係，以發展高科技產業初期的融資決策。並利用回收58份樣本及15次訪談為基礎，分成以下主題進行探討：
