題名 臺北市家戶住宅選擇變遷之研究

摘要 本文主要藉由Lancaster（1996）所提出之消費者之消費行為為理論、認為消費者對物品偏好來自其屬性需求，基於此觀念，導引出本研究之課題：「社麼樣的人會住在什麼樣的住宅」，探究「著者適其屋」中之各型居住者，如何在眾多住宅單元中選擇合適之住宅單元；利用1980與1990普查資料之實證已澄清此課題，同時尋求這十年間之變遷情形，並探求現象之形成輯變遷背後可能之原因。
