摘要 本研究的主要目的在探討我國成人希望我內容,害怕我內容,最重要希望我內容,最重要害怕我內容,最重要可能我機制,採取行動度,可能我平衡度以及最重要可能我機制與生活滿意度之間的關係.本研究以大台北地區297位18歲以上的成年人為受試對象,研究工具包括:自編問卷以及生活滿意度量表.其中自編問卷部份包含希望我問卷以及害怕我問卷.研究中主要使用的統計方法為敘述性統計,變異數分析,Scheffe事後比較,卡方考驗分析,百分比同質性事後比較以及相關分析.最後並根據研究結果提出討論以及建議.
