| dc.description.abstract | 本研究動機源於學生背景與過去經歷與傳統產業極其相關，透過教授安排針對個案LS公司進行相關傳統金屬元件加工產業之研究，並探討策略議題。首先為環境分析，先了解台灣機械產業及當中的工具機產業發展，並透過訪談了解個案公司的營運狀況，綜合兩者後，藉由Ansoff矩陣的架構，提出最適合當下狀況的為多角化策略，原因為在工具機產業及整體景氣不好時，藉由投資提供新服務給與新的產業客戶，能夠提升自我同時提高獲利能力，且未來能借力使力的接觸到更多高階的客戶。學術上傳統產業的研究諸多，本研究在現今變化快速的環境下重新針對傳統產業做出分析，且期望對於個案公司未來走向，能有所貢獻。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The motivation for this research stems from the fact that the student background and past experience are extremely related to the traditional industry. Through the professor`s arrangement for the LS company, the related traditional metal component processing industry is researched and strategic issues are discussed. First, for environmental analysis, to understand the development of Taiwan`s machinery industry and the machine tool industry, and understand the operation status of the case company through interview. After integrating the two, the Ansoff matrix structure is used to propose the most suitable strategy for the current situation. The reason is that when the machine tool industry and the overall economy is not good, by investing in providing new services to new industrial customers, they can improve themselves and improve profitability, and in the future, they can use force to reach more high-end client. There are many academic researches on traditional industries. In this fast-changing environment, this research re-analyzes traditional industries and hopes to contribute to the future direction of case companies. | en_US |
