題名 全民健康保險中政府扮演的角色 : 財務面之界定

摘要 由於我國經濟蓬勃發展，平均每人所得大幅上升，使國民愈加重視其本身的健康情況，而政府亦體認保障全體國民健康的重要性，決定於民國八十三年達成全民健康保險的目標。因全民健康保險屬於強制性社會保險之一環，故政府在此扮演著重要的角色。本文撰-寫之目的，即在規劃政府之財務責任，以免造成日後政府財政上的沈重負擔。
