摘要 本研究之主要目的在探討大學畢業生就業後的工作滿足情況及離職意顧強度。此外,本研究亦想tl討歸因特質、成說動機、專斷佐及個人背景變項事哥大學畢業生工作滿足及種誠意鷗旬影響。受試者為台灣北部某一大學文學說及商學說之λ個學系的畢業生共187人。簡單相關分析、典型相關分析與變異數分析結果顯示:(1)受試看對直扇上司及工作伙伴的滿足較高,而對陸遁的滿足最低;(2)受試者的工作滿足與離職責監顧有責相關; (3)男性及己攝害者對陸還滿足較高,但對 薪水滿足較低;(4)成鼓動機愈高者,對工作本身滿足愈寓,但對上司滿足愈低; (5)專斷住對工作滿足及國陸戰意頓的預測 力甚低;但)歸因特責對工作滿足及離職I:顧的預瀏毅力要比其他預測變積為高;(7)與服II於其他機構的受試者相比之下 ,服if於政府機構及公營事嚷著的工作本身滿足最低;而服II於親人鐘營之公司者的離職責監顧最弱。
The purlDse of this stu:iy was to investigate the effects of attribution, achievement motivation. dogmatism and demographic variables upon college graduates` job satisfaction. In total. 187 college.graduates have been surveyed in this research. Their data were treated by means of analysis of variance and canonical correlation analysis. The results showed that: (1)τhere is a significant negative correlation between job satisfaction and intention to quit; (2) Thesubjects are more satisfied with their supervisors and coworkers, and least satisfied with their opportunities for promotion; (3) In compparison with female subjects, males are more satisfied with their oppor tunities for promotion, bItless satisfied with their present pay; (4) In comparisorr with singles, married subjects are more satisfied with their opportunities for promotion, but less satisfied with their present pay; (5) The higher the subjects` achievement motivation. the higher their satisfactim with work, but the lower their satisfaction with supervision; (6)Among all predictors, attribution variables seem to have higher predictive validity for job satisfaction and intention to quit than other variables; (7)Subjects who are employed by the government agencies are less satisfied with their work than those who are employed by other organizations.

dc.description.abstract (摘要) The purlDse of this stu:iy was to investigate the effects of attribution, achievement motivation. dogmatism and demographic variables upon college graduates` job satisfaction. In total. 187 college.graduates have been surveyed in this research. Their data were treated by means of analysis of variance and canonical correlation analysis.
