| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The article focuses on the cross-straits economic cooperation framework agreement (ECFA) and cross-strait agreement on intellectual property (IP) right protection and cooperation between Taiwan and China. Topics discussed include IP related issues in free trade agreement (FTA) negotiations, characterization of the ECFA as a FTA and four Taiwanese FTAs. Other topics include implementation of one-china principles and China`s approach for IP related issues in its free trade agreement (FTA). | |
