摘要 根據組織學習理論可知知識創新的分享意願受到分享者對權力認知的影響,而彼此的信任也會影響分享者對權力的認知,本研究之目的為從權力認知的觀點與信任的觀點建立與探討影響知識創新的分享意願之理論性架構,並建立相關命題。
According to organization learning theory, perception of power influent intent of knowledge creation sharing. Trust also influent perception of power. The purpose of this paper is setting up framework of knowledge creation sharing from perception of power and trust.
