題名 陸資來臺投資經營模式的影響因素
The Determinants of Operation Mode Choice of Foreign Direct Investment in Taiwan:An Empirical Evidence of Mainland China Enterprises

摘要 中國大陸近年來的快速發展,帶動了國際經濟情勢的新局面,在對外投資方面,中國擠身成為對外投資流入與流出的大國,其規模與範圍如同巨浪般向各國襲來,臺灣與中國大陸僅一臺灣海峽之隔,影響不容忽視。鑑於中國大陸對外投資已影響臺灣商業經濟活動,本研究爰運用經濟部投資審議委員會2013年「陸資投資事業營運狀況調查表」問卷資料,將陸資來臺經營模式區分為專業經營與多樣經營,探討陸資來臺投資經營模式之影響因素。經蒐集彙整相關文獻,分別就廠商特性、營運特性與環境特性三構面,以Probit Model進行實證分析。由實證結果得知「廠商規模大小」、「技術來源多寡」、「國際投資經驗有無」、「資源成本高低」與「資金成本高低」在不同面向上有顯著影響陸資來臺投資的經營模式。
