摘要 本論文提出一個具備標示物件與物件追蹤能 力之影像互動教學平台,並將其應用於植物或者生 長過程緩慢的生物觀測上。使用本教學平台的師生 將可以透過線上教學系統所提供之指標及多邊形 圈選功能,針對影像中的物件進行標示及線上即時 互動討論,以達到教學平台互動之優點。在物件追 蹤上我們使用動態輪廓模型演算法與影像梯度結 合,即使影像中的物件發生變化而其輪廓改變時也 能自動化地追蹤並且更新該物件之相關資訊,快速 地修正標示輪廓座標位置。本文以觀測綠豆之生長 為例,利用CCD Camera 擷取影像並透過影像處理 技術達到追蹤物件之能力,本系統以Java 程式撰寫 而成,提供使用者透過瀏覽器執行Java Applet 或直 接使用Application 執行線上教學平台。本系統將可 以應用於輔助國中、小自然科學課程之生態教學 中,透過即時的影像及互動式的教學可讓學生更容 易了解生物之生長過程。
This paper proposes a teaching platform which can mark objects and trace the marked objects with slow moving speed. The marks are created by teacher initially, and then are traced and modified by proposed system. We use active contour model algorithm composes with image gradient to trace the edge change of objects.
This platform is implemented by JAVA and PHP, which can be accessed through browser. Some mung beans are kept under observation through this system in demo website.
The proposed platform also provides pointer and polygon drawing functions to support the interaction among teacher and students. It is suitable for the courses concerned the development of plants or cells.
