| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 2013年8月報告人得到科技部補助三年「民法親屬編修改後的實務運 作研究」之計畫後，開始展開對於台灣民法親屬編在歷經多次修法 （從1996開始到2012年共歷經10多次，最近一次修法在2015年1月 ）之後，法規範的結構以及實務運作情形的研究與分析工作。 本成果報告主要說明本研究計畫過去三年的執行情形與研究成果。 主要分三年計畫進行之情形及計畫主持人每年發表論文或專書之成 果，加以說明。最後並說明本計畫之整體成果。 | zh_TW |
