題名 病人的求醫與資訊尋求歷程── 以慢性疼痛病人為例

摘要 解決醫療浪費的重要，在國內將進入醫療高需求時代更顯得急迫，而其中不適當就醫行為－包括「重複就醫」或是「延遲就醫」，都會造成治療的延誤及臨床醫事人員負擔增加；長久下來，亦會導致我國健康資源過度消耗的嚴重後果。本研究以資訊尋求角度切入，將求醫行為視為完整路徑來進行探討，透過深度訪談四位因疼痛就醫的受訪者經驗，研究結果顯示求醫過程本為環環相扣，不應拆解分析，更應囊括考量角色期待，甫能找出醫療浪費的核心。最後提出應以深化健康素養、診前諮詢、建造專業網路意見領袖以及增加科技輔助等方式，讓病人在就醫前有機會獲得正確的相關醫療資訊，此舉不僅能夠幫助民眾縮短求醫路徑，亦能增加其持續治療之動機，進而決醫療浪費。

dc.description.abstract (摘要) 解決醫療浪費的重要，在國內將進入醫療高需求時代更顯得急迫，而其中不適當就醫行為－包括「重複就醫」或是「延遲就醫」，都會造成治療的延誤及臨床醫事人員負擔增加；長久下來，亦會導致我國健康資源過度消耗的嚴重後果。本研究以資訊尋求角度切入，將求醫行為視為完整路徑來進行探討，透過深度訪談四位因疼痛就醫的受訪者經驗，研究結果顯示求醫過程本為環環相扣，不應拆解分析，更應囊括考量角色期待，甫能找出醫療浪費的核心。最後提出應以深化健康素養、診前諮詢、建造專業網路意見領袖以及增加科技輔助等方式，讓病人在就醫前有機會獲得正確的相關醫療資訊，此舉不僅能夠幫助民眾縮短求醫路徑，亦能增加其持續治療之動機，進而決醫療浪費。zh_TW
