Working opportunity日期 2017 上傳時間 1-Apr-2019 15:10:54 (UTC+8) 摘要 While in the Amazon Free Trade Zone there is a growing job market lacking of skilled manpower, in Taiwan young professionals are struggling to find attractive opportunities with compensatory salaries, after many of them go abroad to study and become more specialized when returning home looking for eye-catching positions, they face the competitive market, demanding hours and low payment. The present research is an attempt to find out if there are other factors as important as the financial when a Taiwanese person decides to migrate somewhere else to work, by analyzing dependent and independent variables in order to attempt to draw their profile. The work is divided in chapters that elaborate from the general to the particular. The first one explains the purpose and methodology; the second one is the literature review; the third is the research method used; the fourth is the initial and final results; and the fifth draw conclusion and implications. The methods adopted are Analytic Hierarchic Process (AHP), content analyzes and historical back ground, making use of quantitative and qualitative data: the former is used in closed individual questionnaires with immigrants in the Amazon, the latter are extracted from primary and secondary sources. From the results of this research, it is noticeable that some variables were surprisingly positive while others did not have much influence to the individuals involved, in both cases it is clear that some categories played a major role in the final results and in these workers profile. 參考文獻 Bates,Chris; Bates, Ling-li.
