| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本研究探討的個案A公司為全球前10大IC設計公司之一，曾與半導體業巨擘INTEL旗鼓相當，也經歷過接近破產邊緣的低潮。本研究以全球IC設計產業的發展趨勢切入，結合個案A公司的核心能力與優勢，最後導出A公司的競爭策略。A公司自2014年底由蘇姿豐博士擔任執行長後營運逐漸好轉，CPU、GPU與APU三大產品線的營收皆有顯著的提升。本研究針對A公司所處的產業結構與其核心能力，運用波特的五力分析法探究其產品與市場所面臨的競爭者、新進公司、買方與供應商議價能力，及替代品威脅等五項作用力之影響情形。接著運用SWOT分析法探討A公司內部優勢與劣勢、外部機會與威脅，並綜合產業趨勢與其核心能力後，提出三大產品線的競爭策略，包含投入先進製程、開發新應用領域與優化產品滿足客戶需求等。本研究希望藉著探討個案A公司的經歷與其競爭策略，結果可以作為其它IC設計公司於瞬息萬變、競爭激烈的半導體產業滾滾洪流中，所需競爭策略的參考依據。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | A company is one of the world`s top 10 IC design companies, once were compatible with the semiconductor giant INTEL, and also experienced near the edge of bankruptcy. This study takes the development trend of the global IC design industry, combines the core competence and advantages and lead to the competition strategy of A company.A company`s operations have improved when Dr. Lisa Su took the position of CEO in 2014, and the revenue of the CPU, GPU and APU has improved significantly. This study investigates the impact of five forces, such as competitors, new companies, buyer and supplier bargaining power, and the threat of alternatives, based on Porter`s five-force analysis of the industrial structure and core competence. And use SWOT to explore the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats, comprehensive industrial trends and core capabilities, the competitive strategy including investment in advanced process, development of new applications and optimization of products to meet customer needs.This study explores the experience of A company and its competitive strategy and hope the results can be used as the required competitive strategy reference for other IC design companies in the rapidly changing and competitive semiconductor industry. | en_US |
