摘要 塑膠製品對於環境的危害，近年來受到國內外各界的重視。我國雖由於高回收率以及良好的回收制度屢次躍上國際版面，但是卻仍和各國一樣面臨到塑膠污染的問題，甚至經由回收系統收回來的塑膠製品仍舊和未分類的垃圾一起送進焚化爐。本次研究將以深度訪談法訪談第一線從事塑膠回收人員以及與塑膠回收政策議題等相關參與者，探究我國塑膠製品回收後無法再利用的原因，並運用ANT行動者網絡理論剖析我國塑膠資源回收制度中的行動者，了解各行動者與非人行動者在塑膠回收網絡中所扮演的角色，並清楚記錄技術革新與法規變遷對於網絡中行動者的驅動情形；另亦藉由觀察網絡中行動者與現實社會間的互動，從回收制度及系統的根本中發現問題的解方，最後將以循環經濟觀分析我國塑膠回收現況，以期提供我國政府及塑膠業界建議，藉以改善我國塑膠回收再利用率與塑膠汙染問題。
