摘要 本研究以三種問卷來測量銀行行員,藉以達成兩個目的:一是揭露銀行的個人紙張資訊管理現況;二是初步驗證 Etzl、Thomas 與 Kanarek 等三人所提出之13個個人紙張資訊管理策略的效用。研究發現,銀行行員高度肯定所驗策略之效用,但這些策略並未普遍於銀行中應用。本研究雖屬探索性研究,但其研究結果將是後續相關研究的重要基礎。 This research uses three kinds of questionnaires to measure the bank clerks with two aims in mind: First, to reveal the current situation with respect to personal paper-based information management in banks. Second, to examine the effectiveness of 13 strategies of personal paperbased information management that proposed by Etzl, Thomas and Kanarek. The research findings indicate that bank clerks highly agree with the effectiveness of these strategies. Yet, these strategies are not widely used by bank clerks. Although only an explorative research, the findings are the basis of further research.
