題名 大學生生涯成熟與生活適應之相關研究

摘要 本研究旨在探討大學生生涯成熟與生活適應之關係，以及個人背景變項在這兩個變項間之差異情形，並使用多元迴歸分析方式，瞭解生涯成熟對生活適應的預測情形。
     為達成本研究之目的，首先蒐集相關文獻，加以研覽與分析，據之作為本研究架構的理論基礎。在實徵研究方面，以大台北地區共334名大學生為受試者，以林邦傑、修慧蘭（民85）編製之「大學生生涯發展量表」與陳郁齡（民88）修訂李坤崇等（民76）發展之「大學生活量表」為研究工具，進行問卷調查。所得資料以描述統計分析、皮爾遜積差相關分析、t考驗、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析等統計方法加以處理。依分析結果發現：一、大學生之生涯成熟表現為中等程度；二、大學生之性別在生涯成熟（生涯發展信念、工作世界認識）有顯著差異存在；三、大學生之年級在生涯成熟（生涯計劃、自我瞭解）有顯著差異存在；四、大學生之學院別在生涯成熟（生涯計劃、生涯決策）有顯著差異；五、大學生的生活適應情形整體而言為適應良好；六、大學生之生涯成熟與生活適應具有正相關，其中生涯發展信念與目標適應、學業適應、情緒適應、社會適應有正相關；生涯計劃與目標適應、學業適應、社會適應有正相關；工作世界認識與目標適應、情緒適應、社會適應有正相關；生涯決策與目標適應、學業適應、情緒適應、社會適應有正相關；自我瞭解與目標適應、學業適應、社會適應有正相關；七、大學生之生涯成熟對生活適應具有預測力存在，其中最具有預測力的是「生涯發展信念」，其次是「生涯決策」，再其次是「生涯計劃」。
