題名 求助於內外團體垂直與水平關係對象的事件與感受---以大學生為例

摘要 本論文目的在於探索求助者面對多種求助情境下向「不同關係對象」求助的意願與求助感受。研究者選取大學生為樣本,研究問題為一、一般大學生求助於五個重要關係對象的事件是否不同?二、一般大學生求助於五個重要關係對象時,所產生的感覺是否不同?三、影響「選擇特定求助對象」的因素是否不同?
研究者於前置研究中以開放性問卷收集24名大學生對「重要關係對象」的求助事件與求助感受,並根據前置研究的資料編製量化問卷施測於266名大學生。
研究結果顯示,向重要關係他人求助時,「感恩與情感」、「自尊感受」與「負欠感」是求助者感受的重要面向。求助感受經多變量變異數分析(MANOVA)後顯示,一般大學生需要求助於五個重要關係對象時,在三個感受面向上的強度確有不同:向「家人」求助時「感恩與情感」和認為「負欠感」相較於向「家庭外關係對象」求助時要低,而面對「地位較尊」的關係對象,喚起的「自尊感受」比面對「地位較平等」的關係對象要高。
關係對象是否可提供適當資源或是生活場域的相關性初步決定了受試者可選擇的求助對象,而對「雙方交情的考量」僅影響受試者向「家庭外關係的好友和師長」求助的機率,也支持了華人因關係區分而影響互動法則的論點。
此外,同是向好友求助,不同事件所引起的感受強度亦有不同,求助事件是否涉及個人能力的評價和施助者所必須付出的代價,可能是區分求助事件性質的重要向度。
本研究亦支持林宜旻(2004)對負債感內涵的區分,但對於不同對象的負債感受,僅得到對於「家人」的負債感低於「非家人」的結果,「孝道規範」的影響在「家庭內」似乎使得對父母的負債感受更高於對手足,但在家庭外則看不到「地位尊卑」所造成的差異。
