| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫擬承接第一年計畫，主要在於建立個案研究平台，針對台灣不同的產業，選 擇代表性廠商進行多重教學個案撰寫(multiple-case writing)，並於第二年計畫期間進行量 化與質性之個案研究(quantitative and qualitative case studies)，進一步彙集成產業分析， 為台灣產業的競爭力進行調查盤點，且與國際比較及接軌。此個案研究計畫之目的係多 重的，包括協助個案、田野及田野實證研究之進行、建立產業研究資料庫、形成實證研 究之理論假說、發掘研究議題、同產業之知識分享、產業分析、國際學術或產學合作之 研究、產業政策研究及個案教學等目的。透過個案平台之建立，學術界可深入地瞭解台 灣產業界之實務運作，有利於學術研究之進行，同時能將台灣的優勢帶進國際之學術舞 台之中，進而創造台灣學術研究之獨特性及競爭優勢。同時促進研究與教學之結合，產 業界知識分享與管理平台之建立及政府亦可透過研究結果作為制定產業政策之參考。 | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | This project forms a case study platform to facilitate the cooperation between industry and academics. First, choose competitive industries in Taiwan and select representative cases of each industry. Second, conduct a multiple-case study and competitive advantages analysis for each industry. Finally, compare the former results with those of other countries. The purposes of this project are multiple, such as facilitating case and field studies, establishing research databases, developing empirical research hypotheses, finding research issues, conducting industrial analyses and sharing knowledge, enhancing international academic and industrial cooperation, presenting opinions for industrial policies, and offering cases for teaching, etc. By joining this project, academics could get familiar with the industrial practice; in addition, companies could have a diagnosis of their management, and governmental agencies could use the findings to form their industrial policies. | en_US |
