| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 本計畫以2年為期，第一年從財政需求的角度，討論臺灣總督府土地施政的財源問題。主要討論：（1）在土地調查事業進行過程中，台灣事業公債如何被討論、如何成立、其發行及流通如何運用到土地調查事業等經過，（2）土地放領執行過程中，公債如何被應用及修正、及其在臺灣總督府財政收支中所扮演的角色。第二年則以造林組合為實證研究的對象，從其申請與經營的考察，探討臺灣總督府的土地放領政策的內涵。This is a two-year project. In the first year, we discuss the fiscal sources of the land policy of Governor-General of Formosa from the demand point of view. We focus on (1) in the land survey process, how Taiwan Business Bonds be discussed, be build up and how to apply the bond issues and outstanding to the land survey business, and (2) in the process of the release policy of ground, how the bonds be implied and modified and what is the role of bonds in the fiscal balance of Governor-General of Formosa. In the second year, we have an empirical research on afforestation cooperative and discuss the intension of the land policy of Governor-General of Formosa from angle of the study of application and operation. | - |
