| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | Under the integral research project 「Commentaryon Labor Standards Act(LSA)」, this subproject set its research point on the basic theory and general regulation. Within three years this project will step by step make its research focus on the following issues: concepts and arising of labor law, basic thinking and system of labor law, regulative fountain of labor law, international labor law and conflicts of laws, execution of labor law, essence of LSA, concepts of employer and employee, concepts of enterprise, objects for application of LSA, official resorts of LSA, basic principles of labor protection, normative function of LSA, supervision and examination of LSA, penalty provisions of LSA. | en_US |
