摘要 我國近年來許多國小與圖書館舉辦閱讀推廣活動,但鮮少探討兒童閱讀推廣活動成效,這是重要議題。本研究旨在探討兒童閱讀教學活動成效評估,研究目的有三:一、探討國小閱讀教學活動、實施方法與規劃設計,二、探討國小二年級學童閱讀素養與技巧指標,三、探討我國國小閱讀教學活動實施成效評估的方法。本研究使用焦點團體法與評鑑研究法,首先以焦點團體法建構「二年級閱讀技巧指標」,其次實施評鑑研究,依據「二年級閱讀技巧指標」,進行閱讀教學前測,接著實施十週的閱讀教學,最後進行閱讀教學的後測。經過閱讀教學的前測與後測評估,分析二年級學童在參與不同閱讀教學活動設計後,閱讀前後技巧差異情形及閱讀行為之觀察。本研究最後提出二年級學童的三大向度、七項閱讀技巧指標,並發現經過閱讀教學後二年級學童閱讀理解能力提升,但在「字彙辨識」、「閱讀應用」方面進步不顯著,而閱讀教學對兒童閱讀技巧、閱讀行為皆呈正向關係。
The article mainly discuses reading instruction activities assessment for children. The three objectives of this research are: (1) to investigate the instruction activity for reading in the elementary school, its implementation method, planning and design; (2) to investigate the reading skill indicators of student of second grade in the elementary school; (3) to investigate the assessment method for the implementation effectiveness of instruction activity for reading in domestic elementary school. In this research, focus group method is used to construct “Reading skill indicators for students of the second grade”. Based on “Reading skill indicators”, pre-test of reading instruction is performed, following 10 weeks of reading instruction and observation is performed, finally, the post-test of reading instruction is performed. Finally, the study proposed reading skills measure with three dimensions and seven indicators for students of the second grade and demonstrated effectiveness assessment of reading instruction.
