摘要 高科技產業面對全球性的科技競爭與市場競爭,因此高科技公司的群組決策架構必須考慮外部全球性的資訊架構及內部的決策模型,並將決策結果回饋給全球性的資訊環境,參與全球資訊環境的變動,以求產生對公司有利的影響。對外而言,全球性資訊來源的整理與使用的架構,是本研究的一個基本重點;從內部而言,本研究擬利用遺傳演算法,針對不同部門,分別建立決策模型,再將各個部門的決策結果整合至全公司的決策模型中。 本研究首先探討「全球資訊環境」所涵蓋的元素,及從此資訊環境終擷取資訊及整理資訊的運算方法架構,以及在此架構下應包含的功能,並以全球化資訊環境所得到的資訊,做為公司適應性函數的輸入值。其次本研究以財務的觀點,來說明如何利用遺傳演算法,將從全球資訊環境所擷取的資訊整理產生有利財務決策的資訊來。藉此說明建立各個部門及全公司適應性函數的方式,其中公司的適應性函數所代表的正是高科技公司的生存競爭環境。
The hi-tech industry is facing the international competition of technology and marketing. The decision framework of a hi-tech company has to consider both the global information structure and the internal decision model. And the company has to feedback the result of decision to the international information environment to gain the advantages. In this research, the global information source will be considered as an important factor for the internal decisions. The genetic algorithms will be used as the decision model for both the decisions of departments and the company. This research will discuss the elements of the global information environment. A global information retrieval system will be proposed. The information retrieved from this system will be the input data of the fitness function. Besides, genetic algorithms for departments and the company will be respectively built to create useful decision information from the global information retrieval system. The fitness function will represent the surviving and competing environment of a hi-tech company.
