Financial market;Internationalization;Securities firm;Securities market;Asian-Pacific area;International investment日期 1998 上傳時間 10-Sep-2014 17:47:15 (UTC+8) 摘要 本研究為探索性之研究,主要分析我國綜合證券商是否具有進入亞太金融市場的條件,以及進入亞太金融相關國際化策略的選擇,其中包含了市場區位的選擇、進入模式的選擇、業務發展的選擇等議題。而研究的方法主要是利用國際競爭優勢及國際化相關策略等理論,輔以問卷調查、人員訪談,針對台灣綜合證券商進行策略分析,以了解我國綜合證券商具備哪些競爭優勢,進而利用這些優勢以順利進入亞太金融市場。除此之外,本研究也針對國內綜合證券商在國際化的過程中所可能遭遇的問題及困難,建議業者與政府應該在哪些方面予以加強,使國內綜合證券商能提昇國際競爭力以順利進入亞太金融市場,而在國際中占有一席之地。 本研究發現,我國綜合證券商明顯缺乏國際競爭優勢,然而,本國證券商可憑藉著台商、華人關係網路,並善加把握金融風暴危機後的局勢,先從亞太金融市場起家、札根亞洲,最後再進軍國際金融市場。
This study is a research study. It analyses the possibility of Taiwanese firms participating in Asian Pacific financial market, including strategic choices for internationalization as well as layout of entering strategies. In this study, we discuss, theoretically and empirically competitive advantages the local security firms face so far, and how to use these advantages to enter Asian Pacific financial market. Besides, we also find out what problems and difficulties local security firms face when go internationally and what need to be done by the government and the security firms. In our study, we find that Taiwanese security firms are lack of international competitive advantages, compared to other relevant nation`s firms. However, firms can make use of home country and Chinese networking spreading over Asian countries to establish international placing power, and also take the chance of Asia economic crisis to expand to Asia Pacific markets, then to international financial markets.關聯 行政院國家科學委員會
