| dc.description.abstract (摘要) | The article explores the supervision of financial conglomerates with the use of the comparative law approach in China. It states that financial conglomerates gain from competitive advantages brought by the economy of scope, economy of scale, synergy and diversification of risk. It says that it is indispensable to prepare an efficient system to cope the supervisory need as financial conglomerates can obtain different new supervisory and even policy issues, such as risk concentration and contagion and double gearing. | |
