dc.description.abstractThis article focuses on the Chinese language literature that includes ＂Renaissance＂ and ＂Enlightenment＂ as keywords in the first place. Second, this article explores the research of the discourses ＂Renaissance＂ and ＂Enlightenment＂ as ＂May-forth Movement.＂ Finally, this article discovers the changes in the semantics of translations of the terms ＂Renaissance＂ and ＂Enlightenment.＂ In addition, my article examines the lexical history of the use of ＂Renaissance＂ and ＂Enlightenment.＂en_US
