dc.description.abstract美國國防部於1999年2月26日提交美國國會，以2005年為期限之「台灣海峽安全情勢」評估報告中指出，2005年之後兩岸戰力或將開始產生失衡現象； 故本文主要論及中共不斷強化武器裝備，包括技術引進新型主力戰機－SU-27、30、35等相關採購、裝備研發，並驗證其空軍戰略思維轉變及現代化政策等；時間則以1992年冷戰結束後，中共獲得SU-27戰機為空軍部隊進行換裝， 提升其空軍戰力為起點，向後則以2005年為端點。至於對東北亞區域安全或對台灣安全之影響則為後續研究空軍作戰與國軍建軍政策之範圍。zh_TW
