dc.description.abstract	至2003年底為止，在台外籍家事工作者(含家庭幫傭、監護工)已超過12萬人，占外勞總人數達40%。由檯面上層出不窮的社會新聞事件可知，在現行體制運作下，不論是工作或是生活，家庭類外勞很容易成為受害者。國際勞工組織(ILO)曾指出，家事類勞工絕大多數為女性且由越來越多的移住女性擔任。她們一般會面臨以下的問題：長時間工作；工作負荷沉重；低薪；一旦懷孕，無法享有醫療照護與現金給付，且工作可能不保；勞工行政機關的勞動檢查與勞動保護的缺乏；微弱的集體協商力量；被雇主高度控制。若與雇主同住，則將面臨更多的問題：孤立；難以組織；被嚴格控制的生活作息；侷限的居住空間；不足的飲食；沒有隱私權。此外，工作暴力，包括肉體或是精神上，也是其經常會遭遇的危險。\n\n 本研究旨在探討台灣家庭類外勞的勞動人權。家庭類外勞除了遭受族群、階級、性別三重歧視外，還會面臨國家、仲介、雇主的三層壓迫，本文將深入剖析三大壓迫來源者。而在這三層壓迫結構之下，經由筆者實務工作的田野調查，從工作內容、工作屬性、工作特色、工作條件、工作權與工作環境等六個面向，試圖具體描繪出家庭類外勞在台灣的勞動生活圖像。此外，外傭逃逸人數近年來的不斷擴大，與此一壓迫結構亦難逃干係。透過持續訪視被查獲的逃逸外傭，除了追蹤逃逸原因、分析利弊得失之外，也嘗試釐清「逃逸」的真實面貌。	zh_TW
