dc.description.abstract本篇論文旨在探討與比較現行的幾種評量方法。
The purpose of this paper is to make a thorough study of three alternative evaluation models which are the judgmental model, the decision-facilitation model, and the naturalistic model. Scriven`s goal-free evaluation approach, Stufflebeam`s CIPP model, and Stake`s responsive evaluation approach will be selected and presented from those alternative evaluation models, respectively. The rationale, strengths, and weaknesses of those three evaluation approaches will be compared and analyzed. By comparison, Stufflebeam`s CIPP model is the most useful and helpful evaluation approach in providing program directors and teachers with a clear record-keeping framework regarding how the school program is going.
