dc.description.abstract本研究旨在探討退休成長團體對女性教育人員心理適應之影響。本研究以27位預 定於八十七年二月退休的台北市國小女性教師為對象,受試者於實驗前、後,以退休後第一 個月與退休後三個月均接受心理適應問卷,以考驗成長團體的影響效果,並以單元回饋心得 和感想上反應情形,做為彌補問卷評量工具的不足。根據研究結果雖然發現: 成長團體者於 團體結束後的立即、退休後第一個月與退休後第三個月追蹤,在退休心理適應上的改變情形 與資料組及問卷組間無顯著的差異存在,然而成長組成員在單元回饋中均表示能從活動中獲 得成長。根據研究結果,本研究提出建議及未來進一步研究的參考。
dc.description.abstractThis study investigaed the influences of a growth group training program on the mental adaptation of female educators before and after retirement. The subjects were 27 female elementary teachers who retired in February 1998, in Taipei City. They answered questionnaires on pre-experiment, post-experiment, a month after retirement, and three "months after retirement. This is unclear and suggested these results.
