題名 我國臺灣地區師院新生利用圖書資訊基本知識之調查研究

摘要 行政院於民國七十四年十一月七日的院務會議中，議決自民國七十六年七月一日起，將國內的九所師範專科學校同時改制為師範學院，而師專改制師院的最大目的，就是在充實教導知能，並加強師院生的自學能力與獨立研究能力，前述兩種能力確實與資訊以及知識的蒐集、選擇、判斷和綜合利用息息相關。 此外，更要促使師院生在未來擔任國小教師時，能夠勝任指導學童閱讀資料以及培養學童善於利用圖書館的技能，俾使學童因而掌握一把開啟知識寶藏的鑰匙，終身受用不盡。
