題名 我國女性教育主管性別角色.自我?念.社會支持與工作適應之關係

摘要 本研究旨在比較分析男性和女性教育主管的性別角色、自我概念、社會支持和工作適應，並探討女性教育主管個人基本變項、性別角色、自我概念、社會支持等變項與工作適應之間的關係。 本研究以台北市、高雄市所屬國民中小學校長及主任(包括教務、訓導、總務和輔導750人為研究對象(男女各375 人) 。研究方法採問卷調查法，使用工具為『教育主管工作感受調查問卷』內容色括: (1)個人基本資料(2) 自我概念量表(3) 性別角色量表(4) 工作適應問卷(5) 社會支持量表。
