題名 個人特質、事業發展環境與組織承諾關係之研究

摘要 組織中個人的事業發展主要有兩種觀點可解釋,一為以個人變數為主的「特質」論點;而另一則為以客觀環境為主的「結構」論點;而大多數的研究亦延著此兩大學派而行(Betz,et al,1989; Derr & Luarent,1989)。
