題名 就業對智能障礙者之影響內涵─ 一個復元觀點的角度

recovery to self日期 2016 上傳時間 22-Aug-2016 13:16:48 (UTC+8) 摘要 就業對於智能障礙者影響與意義甚鉅,但現有文獻卻不足以幫助我們系統性地了解就業對台灣智能障礙者的影響現況,因此,本研究以復元的結果指標為架構,探討就業對智能障礙者之影響內涵。本研究採半結構訪談之方式訪談五組個案,每組個案包含智能障礙者、家屬及工作者。研究結果如下:1.影響智能障礙者就業因素包含:(1).個人因素:智能障礙者個人能力與技巧、特質。(2).家庭與非正式支持因素:家人放手與支持、親朋好友協助。(3).工作因素:工作條件、性質與職場人員。(4).正式支持因素:就業服務單位專業人員協助、就業相關單位訓練和補助。2.就業對智能障礙者的影響內涵:就業對智能障礙者能達到復元的影響結果,包含從對自我的效能開始,進而能與家人和他人建立互惠關係,學習人際與職能技巧,參與社交活動,獲得勞動者及家庭角色地位,最後智能障礙者的整體生活品質能夠提升,並且滿意其整體生活狀態。3.智能障礙者就業與復元歷程之共同點包含:(1).就業之於智能障礙者的復元意涵。(2).運用個人優勢與資源,與障礙共存地就業。(3).「適性而為」能有效影響智能障礙者就業與復元。(4).螺旋上升的就業復元歷程。(5).就業中的磨練與復元。(6).非就業之單一因素在影響個案復元歷程。 最後,研究者結合上述研究結果和復元統合模式,嘗試繪製出符合智能障礙者經驗和特性的就業與復元統合模式,並提出本研究限制與建議,提供智能障礙者和家屬、服務提供者和政策制定者、未來研究者參考。 參考文獻 中文文獻丁興祥、張慈宜、曾寶瑩(譯)(2006)。質性心理學:研究方法的實務指南(原作者:J.
