ANP日期 2019 上傳時間 5-Sep-2019 17:34:33 (UTC+8) 摘要 當企業營運規模逐漸擴大,又受供應鏈上全球化、電子商務、快速回應、及時化生產等趨勢影響,企業對倉儲營運的重視程度越來越高,想透過建置更快速、節省成本以及更有效率的設備來回應市場需求。近年網路普及,再加上機電整合技術進步,越來越多企業考慮投資倉儲自動化解決方案,但投資自動化設備不僅為了減少人力成本、降低運輸時間和減少產品損傷,同時也要增加吞吐量、資訊透明度,更重要的是營運流程和倉儲之間的整合性。本研究主要探討企業建置自動倉儲之供應商評選模式分析,以S公司為研究對象,經由訪談法得知個案公司建置自動倉儲之決策源自於適應企業成長,並應用網路層級分析(ANP)法,將決策團隊對供應商之主觀偏好計算出各項平準則之權重大小,最終得以建構一套自動倉儲供應商評選模式。值得注意的是,自動倉儲供應商之評選準則分析結果發現,在三項主要準則中,包含專業態度、容易溝通等的「軟性因素」,與供應商自身技術、科技等「現有能力」,兩者權重相當;而十一項次要準則中以「過往經驗」為所有權重最高者。 參考文獻 一、中文部分林宜萱(譯)(2002)。高效能倉儲物流管理:提升倉儲績效,強化物料處理的實用策略。台北:美商麥格羅希爾。(Frazelle, E., 2002)尚榮安(譯)(2001)。個案研究法。台北:弘智文化。(Yin, R., 1994)葉清江、賴明政(2006)。物流與供應鏈管理 (2 ed.)。台北:全華科技圖書。鄧振源(2012)。多準則決策分析:方法與應用。台北:鼎茂圖書簡禎富(2015)。決策分析與管理:紫式決策分析以全面提升決策品質。 台北:雙葉書廊。二、英文部分Ackerman, K.
