摘要 現今求職市場競爭劇烈,加上科技快速變革,導致大專院校學生普遍面臨嚴重的職涯焦慮問題。以近期備受矚目的生成式 AI 為例,許多學生雖然受惠於更高效的生產力工具,卻也擔心自身職涯道路被 AI 取代,心理負擔沉重。此外,台灣教育傳統著重考試成績,學生往往以社會期望的「好工作」為唯一目標,缺乏自我探索,無法發現真正的興趣與專長,導致職涯規劃不足,必須在社會中高昂成本摸索方向。 全球疫情加速了網路應用普及化,消費者也更渴求個人化體驗。在此趨勢下,線上教練產業快速興起,對職涯規劃輔導服務需求殷切。有鑑於此,本企劃擬建立 Career Venture 職涯導師媒合平台,旨在協助大專院校學生跨出原有人脈圈,與職場資深人士交流,獲取第一手市場資訊,並進而規劃清晰的職涯發展路線,有效緩解職涯焦慮困境。
The modern job market is fiercely competitive, coupled with rapid technological changes, leading to severe career anxiety among college students. Take the recent emergence of generative AI as an example. While many students benefit from more efficient productivity tools, they also worry that their career paths may be replaced by AI, causing significant psychological burdens. Moreover, the traditional Taiwanese education system emphasizes exam scores, compelling students to pursue "good jobs" expected by society as their sole goal. This lack of self-exploration prevents them from discovering their true interests and strengths, resulting in inadequate career planning and the need to explore directions at a high cost in society. The global pandemic has accelerated the widespread adoption of online applications, and consumers crave more personalized experiences. Amid this trend, the online coaching industry has rapidly emerged, with an urgent demand for career planning and guidance services. In light of this, this research project proposes to establish the "Career Venture" career mentor matching platform, aiming to assist college students in transcending their existing social circles, engaging with seasoned professionals, obtaining first-hand market information, and ultimately planning clear career development paths, effectively alleviating career anxiety.
