In response, many companies have adapted by relocating their production sites to diversify risks associated with geopolitical tensions. This shift in supply chain strategy is a critical demonstration of a company's ability to dynamically respond to changing market conditions while continuing to meet demand. These strategic adjustments often involve moving manufacturing from China to other countries perceived as being less affected by high tariffs. Taking Company A as an example, let's explore how to maintain competitive advantages and operational stability in a volatile economic environment.
