摘要	美國在冷戰後成為世界霸權，並藉由自身的經濟實力及軍事投射能力在全球發揮影響力。不僅如此，美國更形塑了現今的國際秩序，美國維持了霸權數十年，如今面臨到中國大陸的全面挑戰，中國大陸藉由快速的經濟成長帶動了其軍事、貿易、外交等領域的影響力，美國領導的國際社會原期待讓中國大陸融入現有的國際體制中能一方面帶給中國大陸及西方國家雙贏的經濟效益，另一方面也認為當中國大陸達到某種程度的經濟程度後能帶動其體制上的變革，甚至在中國大陸崛起的過程中，西方國家仍認為能進行風險管理。但人算不如天算，中國大陸崛起後不但沒有如西方國家的預期改變，反倒是走出了自己的路，鼓吹自身的經濟成功及體制。經濟上的成就及軍事實力的成長帶給中國大陸滿滿的自信，而這時美國卻走向了相對的衰退，在此消彼漲之下，中國大陸已逐漸達到挑戰美國霸權的實力，美國則面臨著霸權保衛的危機。美日同盟歷經不少挑戰，從蘇聯的共產擴張、北韓核武問題、與俄國領土爭議、美日雙方信任危機、到現在中國大陸的威脅。美國面臨霸權受到挑戰又該如何維持霸權，是能獨挑大樑還是該拉幫結派。歐巴馬將戰略重心轉往亞太並拉攏盟友意在平衡亞太地區權力，而日本是區域內最具實力的國家，更是美國堅實的盟友。另一方面，日本面對威脅一改消極態度，為美日同盟開啟了新的篇章，為印太戰略鋪路。2016年川普當選總統，在美日雙方的外交團隊努力下正式發布《印太戰略》，但在川普單邊主義及只追求利益的商人性格驅使下，美日同盟又再度陷入前景不明的危機，川普霸道式的對待盟友看似傷害盟邦，但日本在其中卻看到機會，在首相安倍晉三的帶領下，日本逐步強化經濟、國防，一方面也配合美國對中國大陸強硬政策，最終不但保住了美日同盟，更強化了在印太地區抗衡中國大陸的態勢。 2020年拜登入主白宮後延續了對中國大陸的強硬，但採取了與川普截然不同的策略，以外交手段及多邊主義與盟友共同築起抗中包圍網，其中的核心就是與日本的同盟。美國對日本逐漸改變上對下的同盟關係，而日本也有意願承擔更多的同盟責任，日本對內及對外都展現積極態度，在美國有需要，日本也願意承擔下，美日兩國形成互利互補的關係。美日同盟也從專責防守擴大到周邊事態並逐漸邁向全球化，國際上扮演的角色也逐漸加重。日本在這波抗中浪潮中致力於國家正常化，美國也意圖利用美日同盟擴大對日本的支持，寄望透過日本在印太地區形成一股足以制衡中國大陸的力量，維繫住美國的霸權。

dc.description.abstract (摘要)	美國在冷戰後成為世界霸權，並藉由自身的經濟實力及軍事投射能力在全球發揮影響力。不僅如此，美國更形塑了現今的國際秩序，美國維持了霸權數十年，如今面臨到中國大陸的全面挑戰，中國大陸藉由快速的經濟成長帶動了其軍事、貿易、外交等領域的影響力，美國領導的國際社會原期待讓中國大陸融入現有的國際體制中能一方面帶給中國大陸及西方國家雙贏的經濟效益，另一方面也認為當中國大陸達到某種程度的經濟程度後能帶動其體制上的變革，甚至在中國大陸崛起的過程中，西方國家仍認為能進行風險管理。但人算不如天算，中國大陸崛起後不但沒有如西方國家的預期改變，反倒是走出了自己的路，鼓吹自身的經濟成功及體制。經濟上的成就及軍事實力的成長帶給中國大陸滿滿的自信，而這時美國卻走向了相對的衰退，在此消彼漲之下，中國大陸已逐漸達到挑戰美國霸權的實力，美國則面臨著霸權保衛的危機。美日同盟歷經不少挑戰，從蘇聯的共產擴張、北韓核武問題、與俄國領土爭議、美日雙方信任危機、到現在中國大陸的威脅。美國面臨霸權受到挑戰又該如何維持霸權，是能獨挑大樑還是該拉幫結派。歐巴馬將戰略重心轉往亞太並拉攏盟友意在平衡亞太地區權力，而日本是區域內最具實力的國家，更是美國堅實的盟友。另一方面，日本面對威脅一改消極態度，為美日同盟開啟了新的篇章，為印太戰略鋪路。2016年川普當選總統，在美日雙方的外交團隊努力下正式發布《印太戰略》，但在川普單邊主義及只追求利益的商人性格驅使下，美日同盟又再度陷入前景不明的危機，川普霸道式的對待盟友看似傷害盟邦，但日本在其中卻看到機會，在首相安倍晉三的帶領下，日本逐步強化經濟、國防，一方面也配合美國對中國大陸強硬政策，最終不但保住了美日同盟，更強化了在印太地區抗衡中國大陸的態勢。 2020年拜登入主白宮後延續了對中國大陸的強硬，但採取了與川普截然不同的策略，以外交手段及多邊主義與盟友共同築起抗中包圍網，其中的核心就是與日本的同盟。美國對日本逐漸改變上對下的同盟關係，而日本也有意願承擔更多的同盟責任，日本對內及對外都展現積極態度，在美國有需要，日本也願意承擔下，美日兩國形成互利互補的關係。美日同盟也從專責防守擴大到周邊事態並逐漸邁向全球化，國際上扮演的角色也逐漸加重。日本在這波抗中浪潮中致力於國家正常化，美國也意圖利用美日同盟擴大對日本的支持，寄望透過日本在印太地區形成一股足以制衡中國大陸的力量，維繫住美國的霸權。	zh_TW
