摘要 It has been documented that shorter sleep duration and increased sleep problems reduce individuals' general cognitive function and volumetric subcortical structures (Fjell et al., 2023). However, different cognitive domains may exhibit different associations with sleep. Utilizing the HCP dataset, the present study aims to elucidate whether specific cognitive domains are particularly vulnerable to variations in sleep duration and problems, and whether these cognitive changes correspond to noticeable brain structure alterations.
