dc.description.abstract (摘要) | 組織在從事組織發展或推動變革的過程中,內部變革推動者或內部諮商顧問相對於外部變革推動者或外部諮商顧問而言,其是同樣重要的,兩者通力合作形成夥伴關係,能夠相互截長補短以獲致組織變革的最大效益,並能提供未來組織發展的合作模式過程諮商係一種組織發展或組織諮商的干預技術,而且是一種幫助的哲學,以及如何幫助的技術或方法論。它強調一個人幫助另一個人相關的心理及社會過程,並強調人群間及團體中事情如何作成比完成什麼更為重要。過程諮商對人群過程之干預活動包括「溝通及診斷」、「團體建立及維持」、「問題解決及決策」、「團體成長及發展」、「領導及影響」、「評量績效及給予反饋」、「團體間過程」。筆者希望透過本研究,歸納分析過程諮商理論,並據以從外部諮商及內部諮商兩個面向來探討行政院人力評鑑服務團及政府再造與行政革新種籽部隊的組織諮商功能,期建立我國公部門人事單位推動公部門組織發展之過程諮商模式。 | zh_TW |
