題名 中年已婚職業婦女之生活壓力及其因應方式

摘要 本研究係以中年已婚職業婦女為研究對象，進行其生活壓力及其因應方式之研究。旨在探討中年已婚職業婦女的生活壓力來源，影響中年已婚職業婦女生活壓力產生的因素，及生活壓力的因應方式。研究採問卷調查法，研究對象為台灣地區北部40~60歲的中年已婚職業婦女，共174人。研究工具除自編之「生活壓力事件量表」外，尚有「壓力因應策略量表」，統計方法採用結構方程模型、單因子共變數分析及重覆量數變異數分析。
本研究結果如下：
一、 中年已婚職業婦女的生活壓力來源有「生理老化」、「事業發展停滯」、「經濟壓力」、「家庭問題」、「照顧年老長輩」、「退休規劃」六項。
二、 不同「年齡組」之中年已婚職業婦女，只有在「經濟壓力」這個生活壓力程度上有顯著差異，其中，前中年期的中年已婚職業婦女，在「經濟壓力」上，比後中年期的中年已婚職業婦女明顯的壓力大。
三、 不同「子女數」之中年已婚職業婦女，在各生活壓力程度上沒有顯著差異。
四、 不同「扶養公婆父母數」的中年已婚職業婦女，只有在「照顧年老長輩」這個生活壓力程度上有顯著差異，有扶養公婆父母者，在「照顧年老長輩」的生活壓力得分比無扶養公婆父母者高。
五、 不同「社經地位」的中年已婚職業婦女，在「事業發展停滯」、「經濟壓力」、「家庭問題」、「退休規劃」的生活壓力程度有顯著差異，其中社經地位最高者在此四項的生活壓力最小；社經地位最低者，在「事業發展停滯」、「經濟壓力」、「退休規劃」此三項生活壓力最高；社經地位次低者在「家庭問題」的生活壓力項目上壓力最高。
六、 中年已婚職業婦女，在面臨「生理老化」、「事業發展停滯」、「經濟壓力」、
「家庭問題」、「照顧年老長輩」、「退休規劃」等生活壓力項目時，會傾向採
取不同的因應策略；此種傾向只有在「退休規劃」的生活壓力項目上會因「年
齡別」而不同。
