摘要 This is a business plan of people business because the business we are going to carry out touches the most basic needs and most critical areas of talent relocation. Upon our observation in the past few years, the dynamic business environment has shaped the landscape of people mobility into a new era, where traditional ways of mobility services may fall short in responding the ever-changing needs of businesses and talent.
     This business plan addresses those changes and trends, and structures a whole new business model of integrated, consolidated and flexible mobility service offering to tackle more and more challenging and demanding market surrounding. We are engaged to provide services with better quality and more flexibility with less cost but without sacrificing our promise to ensure the best client experiences of trust, security, confidentiality, accuracy, timeliness and convenience. With our integrated immigration, tax and headhunting services, we deeply believe that this promise can be steadily achieved.
     To make the unique service offering exercisable, we are looking for seed capital injection of NT$2,742,000. We project that in the 1st year the gross revenue will be NT$5.1 million and the net profit after tax will be NT$2.2 million. We further forecast that in the year 4 our gross revenue will reach NT$6.8 million; and the net profit after tax be NT$3.6 million.
