摘要 今日職場由於迫切的時間壓力、對高生產力之期待、人少事多，造成壓力之惡化。一個高壓力的工作會影響家庭及心理健康，而家庭及心理問題亦會影響工作，此二面向彼此互動累積之結果，對員工產生具大壓力。一般企業組織多認知到工作壓力對組織之負面影響；據學者研究美加英等國公部門工作壓力發現，一般民眾對公務員服務品質要求愈來愈高之時，公部門人員所承受之工作壓力並不比私人企業員工為輕。
